1. The performance of the delivery of goods in the e-shop 

2.The e-shop can make a purchase only for registered customers can register to only customers who are allocated a valid ID. Check the registration is done automatically, but manually, it can occur outside of working hours to extend the registration confirmation.

5.The customer pays in full.
Seller is not responsible for any loss, destruction or damage during shipment to the buyer. The buyer is obliged to check the acceptance condition of the goods if the packaging is breached, the buyer should contact the seller and agree next steps.

6.The reclamation of goods are governed by the Commercial Code, the guarantee provides the buyer of 6 months from the date of receipt of goods. Obvious defects or irregularities found in the invoice, the buyer must notify seller within 5 working days from receipt of goods.
The warranty does not apply to defects which were caused by improper or careless handling.

7. Minimum order is 100,- EUR. The bonus when you order more than 600, - EUR. The offer price discounts to customers who are suppliers to offset any claims. Bonus received will be used in the following order, which will exceed EUR 600, - EUR.
On purchase of goods over € 600.00 will be awarded a bonus of 1% of the price of the goods.
On purchase of goods over € 1,000.00 will be awarded a bonus of 2% of the price of the goods.
On purchase of goods over € 1,500.00 will be awarded a bonus of 3% of the price of the goods.
On purchase of goods over € 2,000.00 will be awarded a BONUS 4% of the price of the goods.
Seller reserves the right to modify or change the general business conditions.
